Si quieres controlar la interface de tu IOS lo podrás hacer con una aplicación llamada WinterBoard la cual podremos descargar desde Cydea (hay que tener Jailbreak).
Y aunque el IOS 4.0 en adelante ya tiene algunas opciones de personalización más abiertas no son lo suficiente como WinterBoard que es creado exclusivamente para personalizar IOS.
